Well... I wouldn't mind a ban on Britney Spears... Anyways... Arguments are arguments... And all carry the same value... Reason being that over here, with the highest restrictions on GUNS (The Netherlands), people are still getting killed by them... Another argument would be that opposite of all people that are killed by guns, the same amount is saved by guns... That doesn't make any other argument less valuable though... In my case... You won't even see any ammo near my guns and any toy (or airsoft) gun is just as fine a collectors item for me as anything "real"... I said I love GUNS... Not shooting or killing!!! (And on a sillier note: Let's ban cars...)

Images like this will always provoke strong feelings, the fact is that guns carry a stigma with them, there is a place for guns and its not here IMO, yes I agree that guns are not dangerous in the right hands, unfortunately many are in the wrong hands, I will let you decide on what side of the fence I stand.

Nothing wrong with loving guns. There's a lot to be said for the sport and practice of firearms. Nothing wrong with respecting the child who dies every 20 minutes or so because of firearms in america. Personally, i sorta feel the children deserve honor and respect. It's a sad world where honoring the innocents and fighting to protect them is a problem. I never said loving guns was bad. I never said not having guns was a good thing. I said, take away guns from the majority of the people who so casually kill with them, and they would find murder to be far too much work. Many people on R'osity appreciate firearms as you do, but they have presented their work in such a way as to show the gun itself as a marvel of craftsmanship and technology. Guns being an american dream? As an american who has watched people die violently because of guns, i'm personally saddened and hurt by your presentation. You're not wrong, you just don't care who you hurt or why. And you don't have to. It's a free country here. I just don't find any respect, consideration or much honor in your presentation. There's a place for this sort of thing, gun clubs and such, but this isn't that sort of place. I don't have a problem with your loving guns, or posting this, or any of it.
