Hard to believe this was done in painter. It looks like a pencil and paper sketch. Either way, that is one fantastic work on the eyes. They actually look very deepset. Wow!

Very well done. Lots of talent here. It seems like the picture is segmented though and not lining up properly. (maybe that's just my monitor)
