Description

Here's another one of the pencils that made it into my upcoming book of sketches. I like this one in particular because of the light-hearted attitude. As before, it's all in #2 pencil (.5mm mechanical), with no rubbing. *Edit* - I noticed the link was dead. Sorry if this gets bumped to the front again.

The spikes look like they are coming out of her head. The dragon looks like it's made out of plastic or latex. The end of the tail is skewed. I see two of the dragon's toes that seem to come from noplace. I think it could all be fixed by doing some surgery: Remove the lady and put her someplace else. I would go for having her stand behind the dragon, maybe leaning on it.

I stole this image from so that I could practice my coloring techniques. Hope there are no hard feelings, I hope that it's seen as the compliment that it is intended to be. Great image! I hope to see more of the same from you!

I have an image of this picture in a frame on my wall. I bought it from the artist at a convention in 1999. And the artists name was Douglas Schuler! Not Darkjedi. Please quite with the plageurism!!
