Description
My grandparents owned an apartment building, when I was small. Filled mostly with senior citizens, of whom I have distant recollections. Ed Lawson was one of them. All I can remember now, is that he had been in the Merchant Marines and that he had a guitar. Every person there had a story, a history. They might have done fascinating things in their lives, or maybe not. There might have been a hero, or someone that had been famous at one time. They had all seen a couple of world wars come and go. No matter how quiet and unassuming some had been, they each had a story.
