Description

I was drawn to this scene because of the contrast between light and shadow, I tried to use an unusual angle to emphasize the 2 tonalities. I am experimenting with true B/W now. I would appreciate any comments, Andres

This is a very striking composition!! The light/dark contrasts are stunning and the shapes really complement each other! I can see why you were drawn to this scene! Excellent work!! (If you would say, how is the arc effect achieved? Is this shot from the exit from a tunnel? Very cool!)

Thak you very much for the comments! It is actually a side of Alcatraz that I managed to go before they kicked me out. I have seen it through an opening and I made a run for it. I knew that it would be a Black and white Photograph. Tnaks again Andres
