Description

This is the third in my series of Southern Belle Gowns. My GREATEST Inspriation came from the wonderful and creative work of Serge Marck on his "Period" clothes. And even though one can see I copy cat his puffy sleeves and ruffels around the neck. this is because this style was so popular during that period-1855 through the American Civil War years and for some time there after here and abroad! Comments for improvement wellcome or suggestions for design. Thanks.
