Description

I got working on this after another memeber who I told about the project wanted to see my progress. I then made a greyscale rendering of the model. Then I decided to work soem on the textures and spent most of the day adjusting and pianting textures. Her eis the product. The Raiden Misubishi J2M3 came into service in late 43. IT is an interceptor. It had more firpower thanthe zero and more speed but lacked the Zero 's maneurverability. Modeled in Wings, Textures in Painter 8 and Photoshop 5.5 Later.

Oh sure blame me. Fantastic job. Love the cowlings and I can see what you were talking about on the canopy. Was the prop done in PS?

The props were done in photoshop but not in post. I applied the texture to a 2d circle and did a blended transparency.

Nice job, quite good wings modelling. Only two complaints: The water texture is too repetitive and volatile for an otherwise calmer background. Also, the sky is either the Bryce default sky or very similar to it. Try putting in an original sky.

Whoa ! Comin' right atcha... nice model indeed ! Y not try some fake radiosity lighting on the models and different wave texturing for the water surface ? Impressive modeling, though...
