Lol. O.K. Canon Digital Rebel (6.3MP) and software (panorama tools, PTAssembler, Autopano, Enblend). It is important to shoot raw so you can equalize the white balance and exposure for all images. Lots of computing power and some time is all it takes. There is no limit to the resolution you can achieve. The image above is composed of 25 exposures (5x5). A certain amount of overlap is required to amke it work.

Agree with you fully, RAW has tremedious power if you are willing to get your hands dirty with digital techiniques. As for the photo, excellent exposure, contrast and tonal range. VOTE!
