I was going to say EXACTLY what Aiodanne said ... and perhaps not quite so severe a frown, and add a SNEER to one side of his upper lip or the other. ;^)

i love that face, looks to me like he is thinking of a punishment for someone, or it could be a sad and angry look too, lots of different scenarios come to mind, great character and pic

His emotional state looks much more complex than just mad. He looks like his ego has been really hurt in some way, so, I think you actually did get the expression you wanted. Great pov with him right up in front - all his emotions are exposed to us. I don't think he knows we can see him. You've created great depth in the background. A superb piece or work!

Gorgeous work, Darcy! Try tilting his head back a bit, make his eyes look down some (maybe add a little "blink"), and a little less "frown"... maybe a little smirk (is that a morph dial?) or just a touch of snarl (even a tiny bit of smile on one side).... HTH! hugs Ish
