Description

I Have a Dream When we let freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual, "Free at last! free at last! thank God Almighty, we are free at last!" Martin Luther King ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I bawled my eyes out when I seen this on Television back in 1963. I remember my older sister and I so worried in the 50's when there was talk of my Fathers work moving down south. We had seen on TV. the injustices done. This scared us, because in our City we went to school with Black children, ate lunch, played together, and thought nothing of it. I'm so glad we are all Finally free in this Country. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ RDNA-Hair Dress out fits-Daz Photo-My husband Thank you for looking. Hugs to you all!

I know there are still problems, but in comparison to how it was... so we all need to be part of the solution, right? And this image and words are! :)

WOW, This is beautiful !!! I also live in a country where the aboriginals have been repressed by white settlers for the past 200 years. Even now I'm sure the "Government Organizations" Set up to "Help Them integrate into society" do more harm than good. & with our Governments hard line policy against Illegal Immigrants It's like "Go away - this is our country - we stole if from the aboriginals first" It is certainly a screwed up world in which we live ! Thank you for making it a bit more beautiful. Matt :-)

Beautiful scene from someone who obviously has a beautiful heart! As for living in harmony, we'll get there when enough of us want it badly enough. Happy Valentine's Day.

I am glad too. It is still hard in this world though. I continue to pray that someday that no one would be treated differently based on color. I grew up going to school at a predomantely black school in the South. I thought nothing of people being of different colors. I guess in a way I learned what it was like to get it on the receiving end. Even though it got hard at times I would not take anything for the friends and teachers I made there. So I continue to pray someday that we will all live in peace. As for the image, it portrays it perfectly. Lovely memorable image. Well done.

They are sooo cute. The dream will stay alive if we can allow our children to be free to see the beauty that was created in all peoples without regard to race, nationality, and religion. And they can do the same for their children. "Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God."
