Ok, it's really the Iraq Ministry of Communication, but the soldiers think it's an "excellent example of Klingon architecture". This is the building where the Iraqi Minister of Communication kept saying that U.S. troops weren't in Baghdad.

Play with the sky and colors of the picture (darker?) and it'll look more Klingonish.
