I thought I knew the Answer's:
I thought I knew the Answer's,
at least to this and that.
To little things that by themselves,
hardly ever matter.
I thought I knew the Answer's,
to questions here and there,
To minor thing's, nice to know,
stuff of no importance.
I thought I knew the Answer's,
to only things oblique,
To nothing things, empty facts,
never would be missed.
I thought I knew the Answer's,
but I was really wrong.
The little minor nothing things,
were most important all along.
