He is a darling, and you make him justice with your new camera. I love this one the most because of the thoughtful look in his eyes. The second photo was heartbreaking in it's cuteness! Good luck with you new toy!! Hugs!

Great shot, the grainyness compliments his fur and the B&W and adds to the character of the shot. ISO is the "film speed" and the lower it is, the less noise you will get in you photos. Always try to shoot the lowest ISO possible unless you want that effect.

I like this one the most...such a lovely model....I know it is not that easy if you use a camera....with more buttons...I don't understand all about my cam....I am always use the manual from time to time...only if Danob is here he show me then I understand faster...lol

Sorry, It has just occured to me that you are using a digital camera? Anyway, I've come back to tell you that if you turn the ISO up, you can shoot at faster speeds, smaller apertures and in lower light levels, but at the expense of grainer pictures. However, does grain matter if you get the shot you're after, I think not! Very nice picture!

I don't know much about cameras, but I'm think ISO is the same as ASA, (Internatinal and American Standard something?,...I think.) set your ISO to the same ISO or ASA as you film. Also, whoever is developing your pictures may be overcompensating for the low light. It turned ou pretty good for such low light.
