Description

I am stuggling with the radiosity settings, and I probably have to struggle some more. I really would like to master HDRI so I can use it in my daily work. I think the technique is full of potential for realistic rendering. Thanks for looking. :)) Strata

I can draw a little, but I would love to do this kind of work, just the basics though. Is it hard to use? Does it take long to learn the basics? How soon before you get a result like this without doing all the fancy work?

I like all the detail I would suggest a slightly longer lens setting

Hi. There seems to be a white line going around the top of the walls. Do your walls have a thickness to them?

Hey strata really nice beginn... probably some more light (GI) would be necessary (a simple sky with a white color can be enough)... but this is really a goog beginn.

I like it! Before I'd move in, That green wall would have to go : ) Sorry, I'm not a green fan! Your setting seems to work pretty well. How long did this one take to render?

You need to adjust your radiosity settings and light settings.. you are getting corner burn (due to multi-bounce diffusion there), while not getting enough diffused light everywhere else. This is pretty nice.. not easy to do an interior scene lit only with an image based solution. Keep at it, you'll get there.

The part next to the window looks really excellent. Pity I don`t have HDRI in 6 CE...

Hi Strata... Nice composotion. I've always found that let light work for you, not against. Single source the illumination if you want to still utilize some shadowing and GI. Not trying to be critical... ;-). Well maybe, that's why we post. Best of both.
