Yes, it's true. On the internet, I'm a rather dull, mild-mannered digital artist, but in real life, I am actually Superfrog.
"Faster than a speeding dragonfly, stronger than a flathead catfish. Able to leap ten hungry alligators in a single bound. Look! Out in the swamp! It's a bird. It's a boat. It's Superfrog!"

For me, ideas are like butterflies that are flittering around by the dozens. Just grab one and render it, then move on to the next.
BIO:
I began 3D art with Bryce 3 in April 1999. Before that I played with various 2D styles and techniques. Back in the mid-70's and 80's, I worked in metal sculpture and had a line of "frog prints" selling in stores all over Southern California and Arizona. I have been in art in some capacity since childhood. Since the computer came along, I 've pr3etty much lost touch with brushes, pens and pencils which I regret.

The detail is still there, even if it can't be seen. The viewer knows this and reacts accordingly...

The detail is very much there...the eye reads body language, and expression....the brain only reacts to the two. Both are present on first glance! Once in a blue moon (no pun intended) I see something and the part of my brain that I have little control over begins to spew. So, grab a rag...here I go. What comes to my thoughts at first glance: My light is like a star Shining amongst A Millions Billions... If you could travel to it see its fiery glow Explosive Alive. You are but a Millions Billions from its light and all You see is it's faint glow... Shining amongst A Millions...Billions.. Super work Dave! (=

Great "destruction", that's my favorite part. The woman is perfect, too.

Well, I certainly share your plaint. Seems like most of my hardest work can never really be seen either by the time the picture is finished, so I have a lot of empathy for you. However, I suspect that EnglishBob has the right of it. Certainly, this is one of your most interesting pieces.
