Trying to get a hang of this NURBS thing...?
-The eyes and the rings are the only poly's.
Next task is to make some IK bones for this face and the my Slugg caracter..I have to make them move!.
Can anyone help, cause I'm a little stuck here

Now that's cute. ;) A face only a mother could love. LOL. Very nice modeling. Looks like you've got NURBS down pretty well.
