Description

I have seen everybody else's animals. This is Arthur. According to some websites he is a Tibetan Spaniel. Tibetan spaniels used to act as watchdogs, perched high in the towers of the monastries. They also used to keep the monks warm at night by sleeping on the monks bedding. In special circumstances they curled up in the wide sleeved robes of Royalty. Arthur follows this lifestyle fairly closely. I once found him fast asleep perched on the top of a table as there was a spot of sunlight there. There are many Arthurs in the village where I live so people are constantly thinking their dog has escaped.

King Arthur, I think, Rozanne. He is well-groomed ( or keeps himself tidy ) and not camera shy either. That line of sun outlining his fur is a nice touch. Regards, John.
