Description

I have been stuck indoors today due to some rather inclement weather so I have photographed a short series which I will post over the next week. Nothing oustanding but it keeps the shutter finger supple

Ian, a wax seal? At least that is what I have interpreted it to be. So the weather keeps us inside and because of it, you have found a beautiful object and studied it to discover the best approach in order to capture it and satisfy your artistic eye. This is an excellent shot, made even better by the fact that you didnt wipe the dust off this! perfect DOF, barely noticable tinges of red are awesome too, the clarity is superb.... Amazing work!
