BIO 'Ello My name is Sammantha, but you can call me Sam or Nicholette. Lets try to keep this bio short and simple. Alrighty then, I'm one of those kids who like japanese animation and love video games. I would name everything I like, but that would be a long list. My webpage is http://www.myspace.com/behind1blue3eyes and my other webpage is http://w-d-f-a.deviantart.com
Let's just say I draw animation and if I use a animation show's character I put them in my own position that I have not seen yet on that show or I have different ideas. Basically fan-art and such. I love seeing how people draw and I love art and music. I love books and I get ideas from books alot for drawing ideas for my creative talent I was born with, but I'm still learning the ropes of drawing even though its been 8 years since I've been practicing manga, but no matter what, you always learn something new when you draw. Well hope you enjoy my artwork and writings! Thanks!

Good Job!!! Cute friend...I like her attire. Other than that, it looks like you might have used a scissors on the photo prior to scanning it into your computer. Try scanning in the the section of the photo you want and then use PhotoShop to eliminate the area that you don't want...and if that's the way you did it, you might want to try smoothing out some of the curves around her legs, skirt, etc. Try using the "Lasso" tool to select the areas that you want to keep when making the selection. Then use various filters or brushes to enhance the edges.

The overall effect is great. The background does promote your intention of trying to render a cyber/technological atmosphere. It seems to symbolize (in a metaphysical sense) the "idea" of swinging, rather than the actual action of swinging. This also reminds me of something close to the fantasy of Alice in Wonderland. Keep up the good work!
