Nicely laid out image - I'd suggest scaling up the flying lizards (forget the real name) but not the females - more impressive and aerodynamic perhaps. Interesting idea and work.

Interesting scene, reminds me some kind of Moebius illustrations. I agree with dragonfly on scaling up the ptero-birds. Great work :)

That is some awesome terrain, I agre about the birds being bigger, also maybe the women's legs look a bit too straight. Not a clue personally about poser so it may not be possible to bend the knees, but I think it would go a ways towards makinghtem look more natural. Still great work as 9mm4bax said.
