Description

I really like World Builder. It renders so much faster than anything I've ever used before and the output is so clear. This was to show the cactii in the first sun and how they grow toward it. - I had to try making a desert scene since I like the desert so much. -

Kid..nice job. I see you are getting a handle on world builder. I bought it a month ago and got frightened away from all the lines and stuff. :) Nice work, I love the way the light and shadows look. Nice terrain layout as well. One question though, what is the lines that can be seen in the light? Sort of like the light is going through scratched glass or something? Is that a bug with worldbuilder's render?

Thanks. The lines are from the edges of the mountains. They are sort of like steps. I get them in Terragen too if the terrain is the same style. It's not a glitch. I find it easier to use than Bryce now. It's pretty much this: open library...choose plants or whatever....double click one you like....drag it to where you want it in the top view then get the height correct by looking from the user view. Scale it up or down and render. All those views are much better in my opinion too. I really like WB and will definately get ver # 4.
