Only on land is man private where he can own his own house and own and drive his own car. At sea and in the air either some few can own sailboats, duckboats, powerboats or kitplanes and private jets or only for minimal usage times. Now the road and land with right of way and zoning takes back to the public the land uses. The airport and air travel is under withering attack economically and with noise and pollution suits. Chaos!
