This is very nicely done! I really like the traditional fantasy look due to the subdued background and the vibrant colors in the figures, dragon and foreground. Very well posed. The only thing I would change would be to give the Barbarian's loincloth some movement it is very static looking aposed to all the nice senese of movement you are getting else where in the scene.
