Description

By Meezan Please let me find my way O Lord Let me find the path I forgot I thought I could survive my own And trust these tiny wings I got How wrong was I to leave my place I knew these scents were not to chase I did wanted to be so wild But not to loose myself in maze Now I fly form here to there My helpless self never was so bare I search for only one thing now To get some love, to find some care O how I want to see my friends I wish I had some more patience Never will I go someplace so far Never will I try to cross that fence I have to try a bit harder My home might just be bit further I think I know that smell so dear As this path now seems so familiar I cannot wait to get back home Where I belong, where I am from To feel that warmth and fitfulness The rest must wait for me to come But now as I move back and forth Like a weathered leaf of no worth Those pleasant thoughts of home now dim No hope, no will and no comfort I look to you now, so distraught With aching wings and aimless thoughts Please let find my way O lord Let me find the path I forgot

Methinks it's the story of the ''prodigal bee''? WINK. Excellent writing. V
