Snowshoing today up French Mtn. Ice ice flowing out just below summit. Orgaics in soil and the lichen on the rocks have tinted the ice

That's a cool curtain...only get to see such stuff when I'm up in Tahoe...from an artistic point of view, the tree's a bit in the way...
