This is a very good image. The colours are wells saturated and one thing I like very much, especially becasue it is seldome seen today, is the advertisement on the side of the building dating back to about the late 50's or early 60's. You may wish to consider doing extensive post work in this image. However it is a creative call. I would suggest removing the powerlines but not the one that appears to be holding a row of light bulbs. Also try bringing out a little more shadow details in the window and to the side of the building. If you have the oppertunity to return to this location, you maybe able to photograph it at a different time of day and especially when the light is not as strong in order to bring out the details in the store windows. Still, this image does deserve a vote.

Thanks everyone. Zacko...yes I did enhance the intensity of the colours in Corel but only a very little. I could send you the original and others I took there and you would see that the camera with both a skylight and a polarizing filter captured the brilliant colours very well without any enhancement required. I wanted to make the variety of colours the main point of the photo so applied only a minute amount of enhancement. Egmont....There was a stop sign immediately to the left of the building that I took out and darkened the shadow images simply for expediency. The power lines I left in as I thought they brought the eye from left to right into the picture, but I understand your point and could have easily opted to have done it as you have suggested. Like you say....a judgement call at the time. I have a different POV photo I will post and I will leave the Stop sign in. I live about a 2,000 mile drive north from here so it will be a while before I go back..but will for sure eventually. I used to make the drive twice year but I'm cutting that down at the moment. I have others of this interesting old mining town/turned art community but with only one upload a day I have to pick and chose just the ones I feel have the most merit...as I'm sure everyone else must also do to varying extent. Thank you all for your comments and suggestions. on this and all my other submissions.
