Description

What is the main subject on this photograph...I wouldn't know !.. In fact it is nothing.. it is emptiness. I hope this photgraph shows the beauty of emptiness. The photograph is taken last summer when we had a short vaccation on the island of Terschelling.

It shows much more than emptyness, for that you'd have to photograph a void. ;^P But here I see so much...the flats, the water the skyline, clouds, rain and sky. I see shapes and colors...it is amazing how much emptyness can hold!

a wonderful far view and an impressive theme! but IMO it seems not emty, only empty of human beeing! it is an hour where clouds fell in love with the horizon and touches it tenderly! ;o)))
