It doesn't look as huge as I thought... Can you tell me some reasons? It sould be a view from high on a mountain to the land deep under it...

Cool deep haze image, the far par of terrain smooth quite in invisibility very well! I like!!

Excellent pov and terrain; lovely surface (esp. the snow); regarding your quandry, perhaps lower the atmo blue/haze a bit and use a mask or melancholytron to create a dof effect, or perhaps raise the camera a bit more...?

Whatever, I must congratulate ur xlt surface work. And the composition is XLT.

Fantastic surface and pov.

Pretty convincing to me! Excellent detailed terrain and fantastic surfaces. I like the atmo which deepens nicely in the background. This is very nice work.

Mhtiger Ausblick. Schickes Bild. Aber wie man den Ausblick noch "grser" machen kann...?
Jordano
Nice terrain and exl.POV! It looks massive!
environaut
I love this POV...and I do get a sense of big scale here...although the wide beach on the upper right lake makes that region seem slightly out of scale. That's the only thing I could think of...excellent render though! :)
choronr
I agree with Eoin. You again have achieved a high degree of realism here. Regarding your thoughts about size; I would say that the only verticle depth that stands out here is within the river canyon; whereas, the balance of the land is flat. If there were more glaciated peaks, perhaps the land would appear more huge! As is; this is excellent work!
Orca
choronr is right, the landscape seems too flat to be near a high mountain you can stand on. But mainly I would lower the half-height of the haze, increase the atmospheric blue densitiy and make its colour more blue. That should help to get that "blueing effect" in the distance you usually have in reality. Maybe you could also increase the point spacing.

Agree with choronr and Orca. Try to reduce the details, water foams, etc. Excellent work anyway.

Wonderful image. Can't help you with scale but the surfacing here is just magnificent. Love the depth in the picture - great work.
