Wow Evie! Yes Balloonists usually don't fly at dark! Not unless they are flying in special areas and are equipped with special lights and obeying all F.A.A rules. A lot of balloonists will inflate and tether (Limiting the balloons ascension by tether lines or ropes.) A balloon at night. They call that- "Balloon Glow", because the balloons really light up or glow. love it, neat shadows upon the water too. Excellent and a V.

The water is fantastic. Nice try on the reflection and shadows. I do admire you for trying to paint. I can only fill in a few holes so far lol! Great balloons :) Cathy oxoox

i love it, The water is very abstract, beautifully done. Balloons are perfect and give depth . The image is excellant.

Great try Evie. I think it would work if you got rid of that mist between the ballons. Without the mist, it looks like two ballons over water, with reflections, and an earth bank in the background. Might harden the line between the water and the ground to give it a sharp shore. Cool image. Dave :^) V

There is a montotony to the smudgie brush that is not obvious at first when pixelation is the brute cubist. I found an approach from Soraida's "Verdadist" site where making details first and then the bigger and bigger splotches of color could abstact a shy judicial reality. You've cast off the lines from the wharf of photography. Where will the wind blow you and where will you need the oars?
