Based on a 1025 terrain modified from 0 to 100 m Water at 100 m with height ripples and sorta surf multi : wave proprierty at the top. Atmospheric blue at 98% and 104 m with a pink color. Altitude of the camera 3100 m and zoom at 0,707.

Yes - I've had one like this before - can't remember how I did it; interesting effect, isn't it. Of course, the cynical among us would call it a bug ;)
