Nice idea, and well done. Not ott, understated. Only thing Id personaly add is some slight signs of structure under it...however slight. (ie, something to make it hover, or something for its hovering ability to project against). Even a bit of exposed stone. My sci-fi logic surgest see, that if hoverboards dont work on water, then alien levitation things dont work on sand... still, as I said, nice pic.
