Damn it! I have been looking for snowdrops and havent found any. Maybe tomorrow. Wonderful shot and a lovely setting and DOF, excellent POV, looks a little less windy there. Lucky you.

A legendary figure ... we used to eat 'Rob Roy oats' as kids (as a chest hair experiment!).

Like Tedz, Rob Roy was a hero of my boyhood as well. Excellent shot and great to see this place.

Lovely snow drops., Anthony. I must admit that I have not seen many around this year - except in a garden shop, in the centre of Glasgow! Someone told me that they were now a protected wild plant. I uased to have some in the late 1970s, in my rockery. However I did see some, last weekend, near the railway line in the way into Lanark station, and some more on the back road from Kirkfieldbank to Douglas Water. Crossford and Braehead, also in the upper CLyde Valley used to have a lot. Regards, John.

New life on a place we associate with death. Powerful shot!
