Description
It's taken me awhile to be able to express any of my feelings on the tragedy of Sept. 11 visually. But as I was cleaning up my hard disk I found this poem that I wrote over a decade ago and it struck a chord.
I realize that war is, at this point, both inevitable and necessary. But I still grieve for the childern. For the children who died or lost parents on September 11th and those who will die or loose their parents in the conflict to come.
I did the preschool version of me by moving facial morph to the Preschool Vicky and dialing it down to .5. Other credits: Anton's Poseable ponytail.

A wonderful reminder that war is an evil thing, no matter how just the cause or urgent the imperative, and we must be sure of our motives at every step. Impressionable people are watching closely, people that will lead this world -- or what's left of it -- in the not-no-distant future.
