Description

Well, I couldn't help it. I would have wanted to see Bryce 5.5 come out when it was promised, instead of a date decided by the marketing department. I would have wanted a contest-based selection of beta testers from throughout the Bryce community, and not an opaque and subjective decision. And finally, I don't want it to become a low-end rendering system to Poser and its models. GI, faster rendering, these have become standards and are not breaking any new ground, despite being hyped beyond belief as the revolutionary salvation of this program.

I love the glimpse of the new interface. It`ll be much more fun tweaking those puppies than those silly editing icons. LOL

This is really funny, I am sticking with Vue I think. Even though my debit card won't run in France.

Oh Drac there should be a warning button, especially for you. Don't pull into a Drac image whilst drinking a glass of wine. Such a waste of good plonk, and a killer for the keyboard!

But...Poser is such a tough mistress...how can any program resist her zombie stare and not be mesmerized by those light emitting nostrols. Excellent work!

...heh... :-) As someone who's owned a current version of Bryce as long as there's been Bryce, but who hasn't kept up with the current discussions in DAZ-land, I don't know quite what to make of this... But it doesn't look good. Does this mean I -should- update soon, or I shouldn't bother?
