This body texture is almost there. The mask I did not do. It comes from sharby.net and is free found on 3D Commune, or RunTime DNA. Same for the background pic. But I don't have the name. Sorry, anyway hope you like it.

SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!! use anti-aliasing on the building, get rid of the light on the right (his left) side, the atmosphere is dull/foggy/dreary. POV is great. what are you modelling and rendering with?? i agree with coolcatcom better in black, less "Hey, look at me I'm Spiderman!!" and more "Who was that masked man?""

If you can't get rid of the jaggies..add some gaussian blur to the background..would help with the sense of movement...plus he seems to be shooting a webline..see if you can add that!
