Nice texturing, however I'd give some noise or dent onto those textures (or bitmaps, if I'm not mistaken) with bumps.

I've seen a very similar picture calle Medeterian Staircase or something like that. you can see it at www.trinisica.com It has the stairs on the left side positioned alot like yours with the shadow against the back wall. Also the material change at the stairs and the sidewalk. Anyways it is very photorealistic you should check it out.
