~*~Spring~*~ We must not give up hope for she is just around the corner... Spring... :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Like most I'm sure we are all looking forward to this momentous occasion, the first daffodil, the first robins nest, the first of the warmth coming slowly up from the south... *Sighs* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Picture is done with watercolor on tracing paper. Ok, I can hear all the traditionalists, what about watercolor paper. Well I did this as an insert to a card for my mom. It had a poem on it in calligraphy as well as the landscape. :) Pure watercolor with a bit of water to thin it. I made sure it was not runny mostly. And went to the paper. This one had to be smudged towards the left as that is where the poem was. Then scanned with a white paper on top so the scan things didn't show. :) Frame was done in PSP 9. Enjoy Take a bit of the warmth, dream a little dream of swimming in that clear cool water and have a wonderful day. Thanks to all you who popped in and peeked on DaffyDownDilly yesterday... Beautiful colors! what a nice card insert that would make, and yes, spring is around the corner, and daffodils are already starting to bloom here little guys are a bit early but so welcome! have a wonderful day and excellent job :)
