Description

** Winter's Chill ** It's felt far and wide in this time of year. For skier's, it's a dream come true, when the white stuff falls from the sky. For the rest who don't ski, it is a treat for their eyes. It brings moisture back into the earth, reassuring us all, that Spring will come, bringing with it, plenty of new life and new growth. This picture was made in Paint Shop Pro 7. I used a picture of Stowe Vt. as my reference. It looked like such a quaint little village, I had to create one of my own. I hope you like this.
