Description

Xenodream 1.5 Thank you so much for viewing and all of your comments !! Dirk I hesitated to post this one. I was trying to figure out what is possible when spiralling in 6 directions, and in the process I think I went over the top, and the construction became much too busy. I think... But i'll let you be the judge of that, because sometimes it's hard to know for myself if I'm on the right track. Or not.

Well for one thing it's very hypnotizing! lol q-: I could sit here and look at it for a long time. I don't think it's busy. I'd call it intricate 'n' beautiful! You never cease to amaze me with your brilliant talent! V (:

Complex, indeed, and perhaps a bit too busy, yes, ...the earlier ones with the sphere in the center were easier to look at and the simpler beauty to the patterns was more appealing, to me anyway. But I applaud your hard work, your coloring, and your amazingly sharp, clear render, nonetheless!

Fantastic construction!!! It looks magnificant this way, and I bet a close up with a tad less in the center would be an interesting sight! You have so many facinating shapes! Wonderful work Dirk!

Wow, Dirk - this is one imposing and ominous spiral juggernaut suspended in air. Reminds me of a complex roller coaster ride/amusement part at the beach as a great storm is blowing in. Wonderful complexity and creativity from your amazing imagination - EXCELLENCE! V (IMHO while it is busy; that seems appropriate to this composition and what you were seeking to achieve!)

Holy moly, Dirk! This is a fabulous piece! So much to look at trying to folow the pattern and direction. The colors and lighting are magnificent!!! This needs a vote!

Busy yes, but who is to say 'too' busy. It's a stunning construction and has an appeal all of it's very own.

Over the top in the most fabulous way! A person could get lost in there for weeks, better bring some camping gear LOL!

Not too busy for me, simply amazing! Looks like CD's, lock washers, and birthday candles at first glance but then turns into something much more bizarre. Incredible work!

Hi Dirk. It's not the complexity itself that's the problem for me; it's that the colours of all the parts are so similar - we're looking a a big metallic basically yellow block. I'm not sure what I'd want to see in terms of colouring, but it's the similarity of the colours that is emphasising the impression of 'too much' that you feel, I think. It's worth pursuing, but you're not there yet. Hope you don't mind the honest, constructive criticism. :-)
