Description

I wanted to post two photos of the same species of bird to show the physical changes they go through when they are in season and looking for a mate. This first shot your can see the red eyes and the bright lime green lures around the eyes forward to the beak it is fully in season. In the second you will see yellow eyes and the lures are changing color It's a week or so away from being in the hunt physically and mentally. Just ask your self which one has more aggressive coloring the first is much brighter, these colors are an important part of the natural selection process along with there displaying behavior and nest building abilities. I will get some displaying photos this weekend to post.

Mikan- I would have liked to post them together but I did not like the look the backgrounds are too different and I had a file size problem when making them large enough to display the detail I wanted. Randy
