Another great render with a fantastic Gradient lighting/mood/atmo ! Lovely mist ! Excellent work ! I am also deeply sorry for your loss John. Being a physician that deals with cancer every day, I am faced with these unfortunate events quite often. Out of all this darkness there is always some light that shines through such as the bonds and friendships that seem to grow between the victim and the family/friends. Obviously your friend was well surrounded and I am sure appreciated your presence/thoughts whether or not you did make it to the fishing ! Your friend, I am sure, did see one of those great Gradient lights in your presence ! I offer you my sympathy and take care !

I am very sorry to hear of your loss, my friend. My heart goes out to you. Coincidentally, exactly the same thing happened to me in November. My friend, Max and I had planned all summer for a trip to Northern Wisconsin. We even tied some flies just for the trip. I still have them.

Great colors and detail in your terrain surfaces. I like the way you keep the low fog just above the surface of the water.
