Description

Looks calm and placid but the current in this river is very powerful. I've seen canoeists shoot by in the summer as if they had invisible outboard motors.

Lovely tones in this one, Rozanne. I have participated in rafting, but never Canoeing. I retrieved enough dead children from fast flowing rivers in my service, to have a healthy respect for peaceful looking rivers, hidden snags, and took full advantage of local knowledge and advice. Regards, John.
