Xenodream 1.5 Thank you so much for viewing and all of your comments !! Dirk Took the title from that "808 State" tune, back in 1990. Tried to keep it simple this time, just added four others rays to my spiral and went totaly cube on this one ;-)

Absolutely amazing structure , Dirk : it is so complex yet also fascinating . Your comment reminds me of the preface to 'Le Deuxieme Recreation de la Musique ' by the 18th century French composer Jean-Marie Leclair where he says ' avec l'execution facile ' for a suite of difficult and demanding pieces for flute ' violin , & continuo in g-minor ! It's fascinating the way you've turned lines of blocks into spirals and the lines hold the whole thing together. My eyes are drawn every which way and then back all over again. Fantastic work!

You've done it! You built the better mouse trap! lol. This reminds me of a labyrinth, but on a vertical scale in an amusement park...with a motor. (???) Tweaks my imagination. Very cool, Dirk.

A visual puzzle as the eye tries to follow the pieces into the center. Is it possible to render this kind of XD as a translucent?

Excellent XD scuplture ! It has a great design, simplier but very efficient. The B/W/slightly brownish is perfect for that type of image.

This one's great - the degree of contrast on the lighting really suits it. And I like it set against plain black too.

this one is a little lighter - even though it is cubes instead of rings - not sure why, but this is not as scary, maybe it is solid in a comforting way
