Ohhh, he's so sweet! Mom was a member of the Simian Society here for years and she adopted monkeys that people took as pets and no longer wanted. We had several varietys. People just don't realize they are not your average pet. Some were in bad shape from not getting the correct diet, others from just lack of general care. The Simian society fought for laws prohibiting the import for sale of exoctic pets in the USA. As your picture shows, they are best left in a natural habitat. Thanks for sharing such a lovely image.
