I'm so sorry you lost your little companion. There is such a special bond between humans and our pets, I'm sure Geri gave you many wonderful years of memories. I know how much it hurts. We lost our beloved Smooch after a seventeen year love affair with that special dog. This is an incredibly beautiful and moving image. I remember how sad I was when our dog Angelo left us at his young age, and I think your tribute expresses how I felt, and how I know you are feeling, perfectly. Its so sad to lose a close friend such as a pet.In a way I felt before the loss and short lives of pets was to help ease the suffering on fellow humans,well...I find alot more comfort in a dog or cat than alot of humans,so that theory seems shallow now.Take care mate,thoughts are with you:-)Beautifull work!!
