Dear Richard, I keep having trouble figuring out each of your images - but then that's part of the intent! ;-) I look from my desk, across the room, turn my monitor left, right, upside down (thank goodness for flat screen!) and still keep coming up with different impressions. On this one, I finally settled on a CCW rotation of 90 degrees as that aspect creates a fond memory of a trip to the northwest years ago where I saw a set of floodgates on a dam on the Columbia river. From where I stood, they too seem so huge and overpowering and also seemed to stretch forever. As always, very thought provoking work - and fun - and excellent! Love, Meredith

No matter how many things we can see here, this is a great design just by itself!!. The overall impression is how well the bright cloured shape, contrasts with the neutral grey background. VERY good work Richard!!!

i dunno - these are nasty edges and they seem stained with blood - and then there all these ghosts in the background - amazing how the colours you choose can change the entire tone of an image
