Description

After a three year journey into the unknown, the crew of the etherrider 'New Hope' were the first humans to ever encounter a sentient life form on another world. The giant water dwelling creatures were soon daubed 'Sirens', because of the beautiful sounds they made while swimming around the human exploration ships. And although fierce-looking, the sirens were peaceful fish-ranchers. Anyhow, the United Council of Mankind decided in 4023 that they meant a dire threat to humanity after vast resources of titanium were discovered on the siren's world. By 4027, they were extinct. * 'Nautilus' submarine found at 3D Caf
