Fabulous image, Christie! The posing and the expressions look fantastic. I also like the way the light sets a focus on the sprite's face. Maybe the textures used on the dog need a stronger bumpmap, but that's the only thing that might need some rework. Anyway a very dramatic and cute scene altogether - bravo! :)))
