The neck is very long, and the angle of the head doesn't look quite right to me. As well, her right elbow looks quite unnatural. At first I did not like the blurred wings, but now I can appreciate them. The scar on the face is also interesting. The front-most boot also appears like it was added post-render and does not quite look like it fits in (almost, but just a wee bit off).

I agree with MagnumMan's above comments. :) I also think that the sheath points out a little too much.
