Description

this is for CarolSassy. These are spareribs my wife cooked. If you ever cooked ribs you know the grease come off of them. I had her put the bell peppers and onions and tomatos and garlic and spices[she just put Tony Chachere's seasoning and a lot of it maybe others spices too lol] and cheese too on a tray and baked it in the oven. This way they will not get grease into them. The ribs she put the season to taste[a lot] and cooked them in the pot intill the meat fall off the bone.[they was super looking for more lol] thanks for everything you can think of.

hey I forgot if you all like canjun food go here for some good food http://www.gumbopages.com/recipe-page.html now we all cook gumbo here but they have 2 million pots of gumbo then they be 2 million recipes. So just use these as a guild line . and they do have Tony's seasoning recipe here too. very good [ he put the recipe in his first cookbook so he give you the recipe]

@ yesitis3 ; that true but you have to brown the flour first to a dark brown to make the gumbo or you just have soup
